1. When checking out on any online site or shipping any package, address your cargo as follows:

     NAME: YOUR NAME - PORT CODE (EXAMPLE: JUAN BARRETO - SJU)
     ADDRESS LINE 1: 11401 NW 107TH STREET 
     ADDRESS LINE 2: SUITE 300
     CITY: MIAMI
     STATE: FL
     ZIP: 33178

2. Upload your invoice/receipt to your online account on caribtrans.com or email it to CustomerServiceVIP@caribtrans.com with your NAME AND PHONE NUMBER in the subject line. We can't ship your cargo without this. 

3. Your cargo will be shipped out on our next available sailing. You will be notified when it arrives.
